The full measured checklist: cooling/heating operation, compressor current draw, electrical connections and components, refrigerant pressures, coil inspection, drain line cleaning AND treatment (included — often billed separately elsewhere), plus a written condition report after every visit.
A one-time visit is $180 per system. The Premium Subscription is $26.99/month per system ($17.99/month each additional): two visits a year, no $80 service-call fee during business hours, 15% off labor, priority scheduling, a standard 1-inch filter, a 30-day drain line warranty, and the Change-Out Benefit.
If you ever need a full replacement while subscribed, you get whichever is greater: 5% off the total, or a credit equal to the subscription payments you have made for that system (up to 24 months). Your maintenance money is never wasted.
