Duct Cleaning Near Kissimmee & Orlando, FL.
Inspection First · Real Photos · No Scare Tactics
Fast. Honest. Done right. Half the industry sells duct cleaning to everyone. We inspect first, show you photos of what’s actually in there, and tell you if it’s worth your money.

Does your home actually need duct cleaning?
Here is the answer most companies will not give: not always. Duct cleaning is genuinely worth it in specific situations — and a waste of your money otherwise. We inspect first, show you photos of what is actually in your ducts, and tell you straight.
What a real cleaning includes: negative-pressure equipment, agitation of supply and return runs, register cleaning, and photos before and after — plus a look at the real culprit in many Florida homes: leaky, crushed, or undersized return ducts.
Visible mold, pests, or construction debris
Post-renovation drywall dust, rodent evidence, or microbial growth — the textbook cases where cleaning genuinely helps.
Allergies & dust that keep coming back
If surfaces re-dust within a day or allergies spike indoors, your ducts and returns may be the reservoir — Florida humidity makes it worse.
Vacation rentals between guest seasons
High-turnover homes near the 192 and Champions Gate breathe hard. A documented cleaning is a listing asset — before/after photos included.
"While we're at it" upsells
If a tune-up tech insists you need cleaning without showing you photos — get a second opinion. Ours is free to ask for.

Not a stock photo of a shiny vent. This is a Fast Service AC crew mid-job — and it is worth knowing what you are paying for before somebody quotes you a number over the phone.

Good questions. Straight answers.
How much does duct cleaning cost?+
It depends on system size and what we find at inspection — you get the exact price before any work begins, with photos of what is actually in your ducts so you can see why (or why not).
How often should ducts be cleaned?+
Far less often than the flyers claim. Clean when there is a reason: visible mold, pests, renovation debris, persistent dust or allergy problems, or a high-turnover rental. A typical owner-occupied home does not need it on a schedule.
Will duct cleaning help my allergies?+
It can, when the ducts are genuinely the reservoir — we have seen big improvements after post-construction cleanings and in homes with returns pulling from dusty attics. We will tell you honestly if your money is better spent on filtration or duct sealing.
Do you clean ducts in vacation rentals?+
Yes — popular between guest seasons for homes near the 192 corridor and Champions Gate. You get before/after photos, remote-owner friendly scheduling, e atendemos em português.
Can dirty ducts make my AC work harder?+
Restricted returns and crushed flex duct absolutely can — that is often the airflow problem behind frozen coils. If we see it, we will show you; the fix is sometimes sealing or repair, not cleaning.
